exams are finally over! now its time to relax! today was chills. after physics exam.. some girls and i went to the mall which was REALLY fun. lol. i sound so gay but serious! we're such s..t disturbers! lol. i also like how all the stores esp AE have like their 'summer line' out when its like.. freezing outside... i saw this really nice shirt from mexx and a jacket from jacob tho! LOL. from la senza --> showcase. that was soo funny / dirty / jokes! then went home.. and then went to the movies! watched along came polly.. lol.. it was alrite but after was funny. lol... GREG and ddr! HAHAAH 'nuff said!! oh well. gonna stay up till 12:30 tonite to watch the rerun of my chinky soap! its goooooood!

it makes me laugh. well everythings over with and all i'm left with is to study study study. YAY.
i only go 82 on my presentation which isnt bad according to him... its.. the highest or second highest mark. hmph.
my physics mark went down =( 1%
also. i was so outta it today. my daddy came to pick me up from school but i forgot he was coming so i was waiting for the bus.. for 15 minuts because it came late.. and went on the bus... and as i was walking home from the bus stop.. i realized my daddy was going to pick me up.. and was still at my school >_<

i like freezing my butt offf in the winter.. when some stupid gr 9s set off a smoke detector and cause us to all go outside.. especially when im' naked.. and by naked i mean not wearing a coat in the winter. i especially like staying outside in the cold for 15 minutes when they hafta see if there really is a fire.. causing my body to become numb..

hmm i didn't know we had to know about trans + cis fats for our chem test but yeaa nobody knew that part of the test =S so i guess she'll know that she didn't teach it to us since everybody started making up random things :)


after i got home from school.. i stayed a home the whole night....
actaually.. i was planning to go out but my mommy said i should stay home and rest and get well before exams so i did... meaning i cudn't go out with kevin like i had planned.. well he called and said he had to pick up sth before he came by and i was like okay what is it? and hes like 'surprise' hehe. he comes, i open the door.. and he bought chicken noodle soup, pierogies, and potato skins [from shoeless joes] which happen to be my fav foods! well not the chicken noodle but i had mentioned before that when ppl get sick they usually get chicken noodle soup. :S
well after that..... i went to sleep...... and slept.. and slept.. and then woke up.... planned part of my ISU seminar and i'm off to sleep again! sleep is the key to getting better.. i think..

physics test - thursday
that was.. an interesting test... it was difficult.. and he thought it was easy. surprise surprise.. ive never been so unsure of a test like that =S

tomrorow is.. chem test and then math test.. wish me luck. :)
on another note : i'm starting to get sick... coughing at night which isn't cool.. because then i can't sleep.. and stuffy nose. pray that i get better before exams start.... stress + lack of sleep = low immune system

yesterday.. [friday]
i went home after school in the freezing weather walking home from the bus stop....
i'm so angry that they changed the bus drivers from last year.. last year the bus driver was so sweet and i essentially 'created my own stop' and he would stop for us even without us asking. THIS year, however.. i think the bus drivers have something shoved up their ... rear end... because even if you ask them nicely they ignore you and stuff. thats RUDE.


so i walk home, set off the alarm because my *smart* sister forgot to unlock the chain so i had to unlock the door, and then the chain.. which i dont have enough time to do w/o setting off the alarm.. and then make my terriyaki skillet sensation! mmmmmm. and then kevin comes over and drives me to blockbuster! whooo. because i have wanted to watch a chick flick for awhile and i wanted to watch uptown girls and so did my sister! whooo. it was such a cute little chick flick.. and i like the little girl.. she's so smart and cute. awww. [anyway, kevin kept saying the movie was cheesy and kept talking or making remarks in it! -__-]
but ya my sister and i enjoyed the movie...
ooOoh after that, we went to FMP and i got curry fish balls! and then... we went to eat PHO. and were SUPPOSEd to go skating.. but since we arrived at the skating rink at 8:15 the ppl told us that everyone had to get off the ice at 8:30 so ya. we didn't end up skating but waited for other ppl from his fellowship! then the fellowship went out and we went to congee. mMmmm @ fmp. lol. pepper salt tofu. mMMmm


anyway. i'm off to do my OTHER law assignment now. ciao

i've come online to look for landmark decisions for the youth criminal justice act.. which i'm suer i wont find since every sentence is DIFFERENT because the new dealio says that sentences should be more direct and reflect the crime comitted. anywhoo. i'll look for it :)


i'm only getting 'low 80s' in physics .. which is QUITE disappointing. so i think the highest i can get in physics now is.. like 85 - 87? oh well. its better then how it was at midterm right? :)


so i stayed for extra help today because KEVIN told me to.. lol. actually because he was like 'its cold tomorrow i'll drive you home from school dont take the bus' but he gets off scholo at 3 while i get off at 2:30. so he'd be at my school by 3:30 which is when extra help ENDS. yay. and i have a math test tomorrow. but besides that.... i got a ride home yesterday [from mummy] and today! *claps*

ALSO, i only got 89 on my physics test! i was 0.1 & away from a 90! darnit!
i am STILL amazed i got 96 on my physics ISU. [old news]. and my chem mark only went up .2%. i am now regretting taking LAW because he thinks that 60% as a class average is AMAZING since it's very close to 'provincial standards'. WTHECK it sucks to have it UNDER provincial standard because PS is SO low?! [provincial standards is a 70%]

well my law isu proposal is due tomorrow. found out its totally screwed up. oh baby. we were supposed to write a tentative thesis on our topics because we were supposed to have background information about the topic PROIR to research which is why we chose the topic. in reality, nobody knew about these things. how would you know stuff on suragate motherhood, euthasia, young offenders act, youth criminal justice act. you might know like 1 or 2 things about it. but certainly not in detail. people simply chose the topic whether they knew about it or not. and they chose it because they were interested it in. not necessarily meaning they knew everything about it. so our THESIS is supposed to be written based on the knowledge that nobody had before. great. :)
well. i guess its time to see how well my 'bs'ing skills are.
OH and to top that off.. i'd like to personally thank GENE for telling everyone i was an alcoholic at church. now everyone thinks i'm an alcoholic. joy.

wow. it was sunday the last time i blogged?
i believe monday and tuesday we went shopping with my aunt because she wanted to go to holt renfrew. hmmm. i didnt find shoes that i had hoped to buy because they were all too big :(


anyway. new years eve was on.. wednesday was it not?
well. went to tenys party and then left because i was getting bored cuz ppl killed the party by putting a hole in the wall. oh my. AND unlike what ppl were expecting, i did not wake up the next morning with a headache. whooo...
yesterday.. i did my homework... that was basically it. OH and then went out to watch cold mountain with my family. the movie was.. meh.
wasn't amazing? wasn't bad.


today.. i spent 4 hours in central library looking for stuff on the youth criminal justice act.
to my surprise, i didnt find anything :(
but there was 1 reference book... which meant i couldn't sign it out. *Sigh
so i photocopied stuff from there. meh.
need to look for more stuff online.
i hate how theres nothing on YCJA because it was just put into place 2003.
maybe i'll find something at the UT law library..
which would require me to go down... the 6tH??
