-10 minute run around the school.
-suicides x 6
-sprint, 10 pushups, jog to other side 10 situps, walk to other side 10 ... iuno wut theyre called. something jacks lol do that when you've done 30 pushups, 30 situps and 30 of those other things
-shower in semi-cold water. OooOooO refrshing :S

funny: i'm the only one in bio that understands whats going on. i think i'm werid
wanting to: volunteer at giftoflife.on.ca with vivian
going to: become a peer tutor. my schedule comes up on friday ^_^
needing to: volunteer in a food bank or something
scared that: i'm not going to get into university since i need like a 90+ average
wanting to: get 90+ in calc since its one of my prereq. courses for uni
surprised that: i got 80 in law. its the second highest mark in the class. ^___^ but not goood overall *sigh
back to english + calc + then bio.
glucose pump in the cell pumps out Na⁺ and the reaction for that is K⁺going into the cell.. as a result. the [Na] is lower in the cell and [K] is higher in the cell. so they will want to diffuse some Na in and K out. the only way we can do that.. is through a carrier protein. however, the [glucose] is higher inside then outside so to get the glucose in against the concentration gradient, it 'tags on' to the concentration gradient of [Na] this bringing glucose into the cell..
i think thats right?

hmm today was pretty boring went to SAMS club tho [kinda like costco]

classes are okay. calc is basically review so far.. and french i'm pretty rusty on.. we're reading the little prince tho! english is chills. and bio is alrite learning new stuff already.
basically nobody in my classes except for lis in calc and eng. and french i have nobody! bio is chills so jokess. anyway. back to reviewing calc
